Grouping radio buttons:
Go to your toolbox (left on your screen), scroll down to GroupBox. Click-and-drag a GroupBox onto your form. Then click-and-drag the radio buttons into that groupbox that you want grouped together.
Repeat this process until all your radio buttons are sorted into the different groupboxes.
