Hello folks, I could not help but notice that the most frequent question appears to be how to get into web development/programming as a novice. I myself started out with Html, Css, and Javascript. I am currently contemplating switching from Javascript to Java. I am also aware the learning curve for Java is probably going to be very steep, seeing as I have never programmed or learned any other programming languages. Is this a good idea?
